2026 4-H Shows are coming up fast!

This is the site to register what you will be bringing to the 4-H shows this year, here in Stephenson County, Illinois! Earlier this year, you enrolled in our 4-H Zsuite program. The projects you choose for your child in Zsuite will be the projects you choose here in Fair Entry. Fair Entry tells us, at the county level, what your child plans to bring to 4-H shows. (We realize that sometimes what gets signed up for in Zsuite doesn't always get accomplished by fair time!) Fair Entry "syncs" with the state fair in Springfield; 4-H members need to choose each project they plan to bring to the local county 4-H show. If your child is selected to go to STATE with their project, we are able to easily promote them to that level through fair entry! Just remember, no animal projects are promoted from the county level; those entries must be made personally by the family.

In May, you will be receiving your 2026 4-H Show Book. Please refer to that book for dates and requirements for each project area. Here is a link to the 2025 4-H Show Book.

Registration will open on Friday, May 15, to select your fair entries. The deadline for ALL 4-H fair entries is Monday, June 15, 2026. This site closes at midnight on Monday, June 15. In order to get the right number of judges for our general project shows, we ask that you ONLY sign up for what you plan to bring.
